Spring Season 2023
Upper Divisions: 16U and 19U
The following applies to BOTH Divisions:

Hesperia AYSO operates a graduated approach to learning soccer with fields, rules and teams sized appropriately to age and learning needs. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for instruction and playing. Any level of experience is welcome, from beginners to advanced. Our goal is ALL players play at least 75% of each game.

Our programs are about playing and learning through playing. The game itself has been the best teacher of the game for over 100 years. Winning does not trump playing time for any player.

16U and 19U Divisions Details

16U and 19U Divisions are the culmination of learning. These divisions are designed to sharpen players' decision-making skills, strategic awareness, and tactical execution. The season is organized Jamboree style meaning both all ages and genders practice and play together. Practices will be run by one or more advanced trained coaches depending on attendance. Games are pick-up style and while the common format is 11v11, players may choose other formats such as 3v3 street soccer, three-team soccer, etc.

  • Practices are held in Hesperia (multiple park locations available for coach to choose from)
  • 8 Core Season pick-up Games played at Maple Park
  • No restrictions on the full Laws of the Game (LotG)
